About Nkambeni
Nkambeni Tented Lodge is located inside the Kruger National Park.
The entrance to the lodge is through the Kruger National Park’s Numbi Gate close to White River and Hazyview.
The permanent luxury tents feature a en-suite bedroom with air-conditioning and a private deck. The on-site restaurant offers true South African hospitality and local food. A range of safari adventures are available at the camp.

The Nkambeni Tented Lodge is committed to the preservation of pristine wilderness areas. The suites are designed and constructed to guarantee minimum impact on the natural habitat. For that reason the suites have been built on wooden stilts.
The accommodation at Nkambeni Tented Lodge consists of 150 beautifully appointed luxury timber and canvas tented suites.
Game Drives (Not included in rates)
While you can book game drives with the lodge, game viewing is done within the concession area but you have the option to self-drive into the Kruger National Park. Park fees are payable for thisGuests can enjoy specialty South African cuisine in different ways, such as open air boma’s, in the lodge restaurant or an extraordinary bush braai under the stars with nothing but the wonderful sounds of nature surrounding you.

Dining
The camp serves three delicious meals a day with an emphasis on serving hearty South African fare including an excellent selection of premium South African wines.
You will start your day with a buffet breakfast, enjoy lunch from the a la carte menu and then round off your day with a buffet dinner in the restaurant or a traditional bush barbecue (braai) around an outdoor log fire in our Boma. You can book on a full board basis or you can stay bed and breakfast and take your meals in the Kruger park thoughout the day.
If you are going on an all-day or half-day game drive you can request a packed lunch. The restaurant and bar overlook a water hole with resident hippos to entertain you while you relax and absorb the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.
